The supplier has horrible communication and refused to provide up to date information on shipping details and delivery causing me delay with customers and result in losing money. I was under the impression that my order had been shipping out on time only coming find out it took close to a week before it was shipped out and I was not aware or told this until after I had paid. The materials seem to be decent but due to the relationship and communication of the supplier I am now considering other suppliers to avoid this repeating again. 2/5 stars. I also placed another order and have not been given update on whether it’s even shipped or not. unprofessional.
